Starting out- What else do i need?

just started my first salt tank (a 10g nano) yesterday. Going to be mainly corals with probably two firefish. What i want to know is what i need to get now as far as equipment goes. So far i have.....
Top fin 10 filter
200 watt heater
Top fin 30 powerhead 95 gph
6 Lbs of base rock (one small peice of LR )
5 lbs of Live sand
What should i go for next? I am on a very very veryyy tight budget right now untill i can convice my parents that it is a good hobby . My plans so far are lights ( Coralife 20 Inch Aqualight With 28 Watt 50/50 Lamp Square Pin Base) and about 15Lbs of LR. So what do you guys think i should get first? LR or lights? And where should i go from there after i get those?

i would go with getting the LR and getting your tank cycled first
while your tank is cycling you can decide on ur lighting and order it

How much LR should i get? Ratio is 1 pound for every gallon right? so should i get 4 pounds since i have 6 pounds of base rock? Or 10 pounds of LR with the 6 pounds base rock??

I would aim for another 6 pounds of lr. Just make sure you like how it looks.
