Starting Over, Ready for Ideas

Lost the last of my fish after moving up to a bigger tank a few weeks ago...I'm pretty sure it was gill flukes (a mystery where they came from), and interestingly enough, all my shrimp, starfish and anemones survived, but the treatment seems to have done in the fish I was able to get into the Q-Tank, ones I'd had from the beginning (sigh).
I'll let the tank sit for another 20 days (a total of 31 days) before adding any new live stock, but below are my thoughts, and I'd appreciate any feedback. Info on the tank (65 gal + 25 gal sump/refugium), lighting (PCs), etc is here.

My goal is a peaceful, mostly fish tank with easy to keep little guys and gals. All the ones below have an Easy to Moderate care rating (the 2 moderates are fish I kept before for a year) and all have pretty laid-back personalities and are basically reef-safe.
I am looking at a total of about 33" adult size (17" or less as I get them). Obvioulsy, I won't get them all at once, so suggestions on what order, and which ones would do OK together in the initial quarantine (15 gal tank) would be great. I definitely want the Clarkiis, I liked my Foxface and Flame angel a lot, but am open to alternate suggestions. I thouhgt about an Asfur Angel instead of the Foxface, but then I couldn't keep the Flame angel, but maybe another wrasse or a pair of Firefish Gobies instead.
  • Mystery or Fairy or Exquisite Wrasse
[*]Clarkii Clownfish (mated pair, already have carpet anemone)
    [*]Black Nox or
    Flame Dwarf Angel
Clown Goby Citron (pair) w/ Elegance LPS
    Foxface Rabbitfish
    Royal Gramma
Thanks in advance for all advice- I'm depressed about losing my fishes.
