starting up a 12 gal.

Hello, right now I have a 55 gallon tank which is saltwater and 3 other freshwater tanks. I want to set up a 12 gallon nano tank. I have the tank and the stand. The tank I have is a 12 gallon eclipse tank and hood.It only has 1 lightbulb in it. Do you think I need to buy a hood with 2 light bulbs in it. Beacuse I heard that you need those blue bulbs and those 10,000 k bulbs. Will that filter be ok for a saltwater. Any answers will help!

You can get a single 50/50 bulb that does the job of one of each. The total wattage is the thing you have to check. You may want the two light fixture to get more total light.
