Nah!.........I like to see everyones photos and I don't think it would be fair to show just one photo for a whole week..........you can only look at it for soooooo long.
This forum is going to be constant photos of the week anyway.............lets share a few.

i was thinking more along the lines of a mini-contest...ya know...people post LOTS of photos then someone/everyone picks a favorite and SWF.com could give them a snail or something
just an idea...not like i'd be in the running or anything!
(btw, took your suggestions from yesterday and shot a roll today--will see how it turns out tomorrow--though my usually shy fridmani LOVES having her picture taken )

wow, and nobody liked it when it was my idea glad to see they've added a contest...i think it'll only improve the quality of pics. i know it's motivating me to contemplate getting a macro lens

LOL, who's idea was it, actually both of you had the same idea, I guess, since at teh time when rye had suggested it to admin, you had no idea that it was in the making. However he did mention that we were getting ready to do this at that time(here in your thread).
This contest has taken a lot of work<particularly for ryebread>, and a lot of time to put together. Now it is a reality, and I hope everyone will participate and make him proud. This was not an easy task for him and he has undertraken it pretty much alone. And remember, it is not a who's tank is...., or based upon who has the most this or that, or who has the most money wrapped up. IT IS A PHOTO CONTEST, and just that. So, havein just one good photo can put you there. JUST REMEMBER, IT MUST BE HOBBY RELATED SOMEHOW.
