Still a little confused on MH lighting

Ok i need some help here getting my MH lighting. I have 85g tank and plan to keep a little bit off all types of coral.Ok i think the bulb i want to get is 20kk radium bulbs. I plan to use 2 bulbs with mogul and reflector. Now since i plan to DIY this project i am still a little confused on what ballast to get? So far what i have gathered is 1.magnetic 2.PFO-HQI 3. Blueline. Now i would like to get a ballast that is in the middle of the road nothing on the high-end and nothing real low either. If it was you which way would you go?

Thanks golfish can you tell me where bought ur ballast from? Most of the places i have seen are around 150 bucks.

Really? i have read that somewhere in the 100pg of stuff i printed off. I was planning to keep my 2 pc that i have and switch those to actinics and have the 2 400W MH and 2 96W PC actinics or is that overkill?
