STILL cant get my reef octopus bh100f to start its siphon?????????????

I keep attempting to ''prime'' it and it still will not start siphoning. ive even tryed calling the manifacturer and cant get ahold of them. Im starting to really hate this thing and i think im about to throw it in the trash, all 160 dollars of it. ive had this for a week and just cant figure it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow, i did what the directions told me not to do, and it started siphoning.

IT JUST STOPED WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats it, im throwing it in the trash, THIS UNIT IS TOTAL TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and socks decided to take a dip in the DT. i think i might haft to leave this hobby..................
