This stuff is starting to bum me out, the siphon method does not work at all because it is so firmly attached to the LR. Read that emerald crabs eat it, so I bought one and after 2 days it died, which is the first livestock death I have had in a long time and am figuring it must not have been healthy from the LFS. Any other ideas?
I had some green bubble algae also, but since it has a tougher skin it was much easier to remove. My water has been testing fine and the tanks are very stable and I have very little other algae that grows despite not having much in the way of a clean up crew besides one hermit in each tank and a couple snails.
