stocking a 150 gallon

Need to stock a 150 gallon tank, has about 100 pounds of live rock in it, sand bottom, will have mushrooms and polyps, has a sump with a protein skimmer running on it and these bag things that catch debris that I will rinse out regularly. Has a few circulation pumps running inside it, enough lighting for the mushrooms and polyps.

Current fish include a 6 line wrasse, a purple fire fish, a "lawnmower" blenny, a little goby that is similar in shape to a watchman's goby but more colorful and a little smaller (sorry can't remember the name of it), and a royal gramma, about 6 nassarius (sp?) snails, 6 turbo snails, 6 red leg hermit crabs.

I want to add:
a yellow tang, a pair of true percula clowns, a pair of bangaii cardinals, 6 yellow clown gobies, a pair of cleaner shrimp, 2 dozen large peppermint shrimp, a dozen emerald crabs. Are there any colorful dwarf angelfish that can go in? Will a mandarin survive? I can add more live rock if needed. The tank has been set up for a few years, just used to be a coral tank with just a few fish in it.

With what I want to add is there room to add like 6 green chromis to add a mid-swimming shoaling fish? Or is there something better to add? Any recommendations or anything?

Maintenance is/will be weekly water changes with R/O water and instant ocean.

The goal is to have an active, fairly peaceful, colorful display tank.

2 doz shrimp! A doz emeralds lol slow down now. Maybe 6-8 shrimp, 1-2 emeralds. Although iam not a crab fan. As they get bigger your fish are tastier. Tang, clowns, gobys, are all fine. Any dwarf angel will be fine. Mandy yes, just make sure it's eating frozen. I have 2 in my 75.

Now stock includes:

1 emerald crab, 1 cleaner shrimp,1 small yellow tang, 1 six line wrasse, 1 purple fire fish, 1 lawnmower blenny, 1 small mystery goby, 1 royal gramma, 6 nassarius snails, 6 turbo snails, 6 red leg hermit crabs.

In the next week or two a pair of bangai cardinals will be added. The clown gobies came back ordered, the clownfish I think I am going to add last as I want to get a pair of Picasso perculas, but I need to convince my boss first lol. The peppermint shrimp came back ordered too.

Will a talbots damsel be ok? I used to have one a long time ago and it didn't seem as aggressive as most damsels if I remember correctly.

What else can I add that will be active and make this a good looking display? Any other more medium sized fish (equivalent in size to the eventual size of the yellow tang)? Would a flame angel nip at the polyps and mushrooms? Anything that is bright blue besides a blue damsel? (its a 4 foot, 150 gallon tank)
