stocking a 75 gal and a 35 gal

I currently have the following in a 75 gallon with ~80 lbs of sand and 60 lbs LR:
fish:
(1) watchman goby
(1) false percula clown
(3) green chromises
(1) blue reef chromis
(1) orangeback basslet
inverts:
(1) yellow gorgonia
(1) tiger pistol shrimp
(1) coral banded shrimp
(2) emerald mythrax crabs
(1) orange linkia star
(1) serpent star
(10) nassarius snails
(10) cerith snails
(1) lettuce nudibranch
(~20) blue leg hermit crabs
The tank has been running smoothly for about three months (no deaths, illnesses, algae outbreaks, etc. since the cycling finished). I would like to move the livestock from this tank to a 35 gallon and use the 75 for a couple larger fish. I realize that I will have to get rid of some of these in order to avoid overloading the 35-gallon tank. Would it be sufficient to remove the green chromises and the basslet?
I am also having some difficulty figuring out exactly what to put into the 75 gallon after the current inhabitants have been transferred. I am interested in some combination of a snowflake eel, a volitan lionfish, a pink tail, blue throat or niger trigger, a puffer (preferably porcupine) and/or a frogfish or angler. From the research I've done thus far, here is my understanding of my options: The SFE should be OK with any of the other fish. There is a good chance the lionfish will not get along with the triggers, but a blue throat might be peaceful enough. A puffer may pick at the frogfish/angler, thinking it's coral. I'm currently leaning toward getting the SFE, lionfish and an angler. Does anybody see a reason why this combination might be dangerous? Also, would this be too large a bioload for a 75 gallon? I am planning on upgrading eventually to at least a 125 gallon, but that's probably at least a year down the road. Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

actually im in a similiar situation... i am looking at trying to put a black and white volitan lionfish, a black dogface puffer, a snowflake eel, and two black clowns in a 75 gal... if need be either the clowns or the eel will come out. The eel lion and angler combo would probably work well together but the only problem i could see would be the size of the fish in the 75 gal... are you going to be getting them all as babies? or are you going to get em when there bigger?

I was planning on getting them all relatively small. I might try to get a slightly larger lionfish because I've heard that anglers have been known to eat smaller lionfish, despite the poisonous spines. Do you know if there's anything that could be used for some cleanup with this combination?

well im honestly not sure if the lion/angler would eat crustaceans in the tank... keep in mind that volitan lions dont just get big but they also grow rather quickly, so you may want to go ahead and start setting aside money for that 125 because you may need it b4 you know it.

I was more concerned about the SFE eating the crustaceans than the lion and the angler. Would sea stars and urchins be safe from an SFE? I thought I heard somewhere that it takes about 18 months for a volitan lion to reach full size; so I was thinking that if I got it when it was fairly small, I'd have about a year before it started to outgrow the 75 gallon. Or do they grow faster than that? Does anybody know how fast a sargassum angler generally grows?
