Stocking Advice

i would like to stock my 90 gallon FOWLR with 2 emperor 400's, an eheim ecco with UV sterilizer, superskimmer 125 and mag 7 return from sump with the following fish:
-1 volitan lionfish
-1 snowflake or zebra eel
-1 bannerfish
-1 blue tang
is this an ok combo of fish or not, and then also, which, if any, of the following fish could also go in the tank:
-flame angel
-royal gramma
-yellow-stripe maroon clownfish
-sailfin tang
-racoon butterfly fish

I'd go with the second list and nix the sailfin tang. Much too large a fish for a 90. Maybe consider one of the fairy wrasses in it's place.
Of the first list, the only fish that would be okay long term would be the eel. IMO, the others all need larger quarters.
