Do You Think The Following Is Too Much For A 55gal. 36"x18"x20", 30gal. Sump/fuge, Excellent Protein Skimmer/ 60lbs Live Rock W/ Live Sand. This Will Only Be For 2years Max Until 400gal. Is Up And Running, Fish Will Start Out Small To Med. Size.

the lion and the foxface will outgrow the tank but you might be able to get away with one or the other

I have a 55 gal, and right now I have a Russell's lion, Humu trigger, yellow tang, two little damsels and a panther grouper. I know about the grouper, no need to alert me...he is small right now, and I only got him because I plan on getting a bigger tank within a year. I was told by many people that my lion is okay in a 55, so everybody is cool in this tank except for the grouper, and he will be okay in this 55 for a while.

I think that you can keep a lion in a 55 IMO. As long as it has plenty of room to swim properly.
More Swimming Space = Less Rock, Less Rock = More Water Changes, More Water Changes = More Work
Just remeber this and you'll be fine.
