Hmm, it'll be tough with the clown already in there, you may see some aggression.
But I'd look into the Fridmanni, firefish, yellow watchman (really any of the bottom dwelling gobies).
As for corals, you're kinda limited with your lights. I'd just get more of the same kind, just different colors. And fill that puppy up!

I think a diamond goby would be good. I used to have one and they shift sand very well.
They have lots of character too. :) You could get an anemone for your clownfish. My dad got a bta for his clarkii and that thing stays in it constantly. He even feeds it.

i was told by lfs that an anemone would be to big for my tank...any exp with blackcap basslets lfs has one and it just hangs in the rocks and is gorgeous but i def. dont wanna stress anyone if they are gonna fight

I am planning on getting one but haven't had any experience with them. A lot of people say they are great fish and a lot of people have em in their nanos. Really pretty fish though, I do know that!

I have a blackcap. Very beautiful fish. Great fish too. Never any problems out of it. Never has an issue with any other fish. Just a great fish. They do like lots of rock. What you have there is a little shy if you ask me for any setup. 20lbs. would be much better. Softball sized pieces would allow you to have more crevices, which the blackcap would like. You can do it in the tank you have and I believe the clown will leave it alone. At least it can hold its own against a similarly sized occelaris clown. I had a six line and it was the meanest thing ever. Chased my mandarin plumb out of the tank. Good thing I was there to put the mandarin back, catch the 6line and give him a swirly.
So I would say it could hold it's own against the clown. Mine even tortured my clown til he went P trap surfin'.
Myself, I'd go with the blackcap....awesome fish, give the clown a swirly if need be
. BTW, I don't believe your lighting is going to be very good for anything more than softies like you have.

Maybe you should add another Ocellaris, firefishes are nice, there a gobies specie called Nano Gobie, they are 0.5 inches long, shrimps are good, dusters to. Sixlines are really nice! Exept if you have small inverts like pods or small shrimps they will eat them, exept for that they have amazing colors!
