stocking list for a 75 gallon

Would this work
Pair of clowns
1 blue throat trigger
1 COLOURFUL tang?
1 yellow tang
1 goby (sand sifter )
3x anthias?

Id forget about the blue throat in a 75.
Tangs for 75g tanks are limited. Bristletooth tangs are good. Yellow tangs, mimic tangs, purple tangs. Powder brown tangs. Small powder blue tangs and small regal tangs might work in the short run.
Introduce your tangs at the same time. Same thing with your anthias. Make sure you get two females to one male. Three females to one male will also work. With that bioload i suggest a good skimmer and some macroalgae in a refugium.

blue throats, and triggers in general, are long distance swimmers who may stress out in four foot tanks pretty easily, causing disease if the disease is present. Blue throats - and triggers in general are also pretty aggressive fish, and will likely harass the smaller fish on your list. Triggers also limit what kind of corals you can keep.
