The tank is a 75G

1 Yellow tang

1 Blue Hippo tang

2 maroon clownfish (pair)
5 coral catfish
1 six line wrasse
Does that sound like a pretty good list? What are some opinions of other fish that could be compatable?? Thanks for the info!!

ok I was wondering about that yellow tangs dont get very big and some blue hippos dont get that big either. My friend has had a hippo tang for 4 years and its still about 5 inches long its in a 150G tank. So I was just curious.

If you are doing that no mater what, I woudl recomend getting them at smaller sizes if that doesnt matter to you..They'll have a better chance.

5 Coral catfish? :scared: They can reach 5-6". I wouldn't put that many in your system, they can get somewhat aggressive when mature. Maybe 1 or 2 at the most. Just a suggestion.

OH... I thought that coral catfish schooled and stayed pretty small from what i've read and never heard of them being aggressive I will do some more research on those guys before I take that plunge thank you

I would just put the yellow tang. Blue hippo will get to big unless you plan to upgrade within a year or 2. Coral catfish from what ive read are venomous. They also grow up to 12 inches. I would take those off the list also.

lunares are not typically reef safe and do get quite big. 8-10 inch adult size. i would try to pick out a smaller one like a velvet or similar
