Stocking order and list:
1) 3 or 4 Banggai Cardinalfish
2) 2 Tank Raised Ocellaris Clownfish
4) Fiji Foxface
3) Blue Hippo Tang
4) 1 Coral Beauty Angel, 1 Flame Angel added at the same time.
Yes I know the angels are risky and have a 20 and 30 cycled quarantine tanks ready for all fish that will be put into this tank. These should also work for any problem fish if it has to be removed. This is why the angels are last. All of the sites I have been to for info say to introduce these fish last and at the same time. One will spend quarantine time in the 30 and the other in the 20. All fish will spend 4 weeks in quarantine. I figure stocking will take up to 2 months or more to complete. I will make sure the tank catches up to any extra loads before stocking the next fish. The Cardinalfish will all be added at the same time also. If you see a problem with any of this please chime in. At this point the tank is still cycling and will be for about another week or so.

Whoa, there Nelly ! LOL !! 10 fish in a 90G is a heavy bioload and too much fish for a tank that size.
DO NOT put 2 dwarf angels in same tank ! They will kill each other even if you put them in at the same time.
Your Hippo Tang will get too large for a 90G tank. They need and do best in tanks at least 125 gallons due to their open sea swimming nature. They need about 6 feet of swimming room. No Tangs or triggers in a 90G tank !
The Foxface get to be about 6 inches as adults.
The Clowns & Cardinalfish are fine.
You'll need to revise your fish list better and cut down the number of fish to 6 or 7. Ten fishes is way too much for a 90 gallon tank.

You could try the angels but it usually doesn't work in that small of a tank. Other then that your revised list looks good.

I disagree, in fact when I asked on this site about putting a tang and trigger in a 90 the concensus I receieved was sure but with these restrictions. A Tang can go in a 90 as long as it's one of the smaller ones like a Kole Tang, or even a Yellow. I went with the Kole tang. The Trigger only left me with a few choices since I wanted one that is basically reef safe and not to aggressive, I chose the hawaiian Trigger, some call it an Indian Trigger. this site calls it a Hawaiian. It gets to about 8 inches. I also have a Coral Beauty, Maroon clown, Diamond goby. So that is 5 fish in a 90. Since a few get sort of big I didn't add any more. They all get along find and swim alot. Sometimes they school together.
My intention is to upgrade to a 200 gal. tank at some point.
However I do agree with the other stuff that Ice4Ice said.
