Stocking problem

I have a 65g. My "prized" fish is the blue throat trigger I have had for about 6 months (approx 3.5 inches). I also have a domino damsel and blue damsel. I have tried to add a Foxface and a 6-Line with no luck because the Domino beats the heck out of anything in the tank. I have tried re-arranging rock. Now the blue damsel has taken a liking to beating up everything new in the tank. The Trigger is fine and doesn't take any guff from the damsels but also doesn't seem to care about new mates.
My question, 1) Any suggestions on potential compliments for the blue throat, that will be able to handle the bullies? 2) SHould I simply resign myself to the fact I have to trade the damsels at LFS? 3) Or should I just get a couple more damsels and have a Trigger/Damsel tank?
Opinions welcomed

well.. technically a 65 is to small for a trigger anyways.. but if you must.. just get the damsels...

I had the same problem. I watched a damsel swim right up to my cowfish and bite off part of his horn. Now, my prized fish are my cow fish and my dog face puffer. The damsel is GONE. I wont have fish in my tank that won't play nice.
