Stocking question

hello.....
I have a 90 gallon tank with 2 good sized Clark clowns and a Kole tang.
Eventually I'd like to wind up with either a Volitan or a Zebra lion fish.
Other fish I'm considering....
Coral beauty angelfish
Bi color angel
Flame angel
Fox face rabbit
Long nose butterfly
Larger blenny?
I would love a Naso tang and a Picasso trigger but that may have to wait for the nex tank.
I've had the tank a few months and I'm trying to move forward slowly. Thoughts?

Your right, it isn't big enough.
Stick to what your tank can house - and if you REALLY want to get the bigger fish, get a bigger tank. Sorry bro.

90gal should be more then enough for a Picasso
. Granted it will change the "attitude" of the tank, and will probably be about the last fish in. But the clarki's are aggressive clowns, they should be fine, and the Kole will hold it's own.
Tank is about a 1/3 it should be for a Naso though...

It's always interesting to hear different opinions on what should be in a 90. I love both the Picasso trigger and some form of lion....can they exist in the tank at the same time without it becoming the wild, wild west?
I'm waiting a few weeks before adding my next fish. Any thoughts what I should add next?

No, only planktivore triggers, the Blue Jaw, Sargassum, Crosshatch, Niger, Pink tail, and Black Durgeon, are typically fine with lions. Any of the more aggressive "straight-snout" triggers will pick at a lion. However those triggers I listed are very active and really need a 6ft.+ 125gal+ type tank. I know my Crosshatch sure makes my 240gal look small!
With the fish you presently have in the tank, you really could either have a more reef-type tank with corals and stuff, or go to a more aggressive FOWLR setup. Do your clowns currently have an anemone that hosts them? Would that be something your interesting in having?

I went with FOWLR because I have no experience with anemones. (Before this tank I've had freshwater for years). I'd be interested in trying it....but I'm a complete newbie.
I've always loved lionfish and I think I've convinced myself to go with a dwarf zebra. I'm looking at hardy, colorful fish that will work with the lion....so any suggestions would be appreciated.
I think down the road I could see doing a very large aggressive tank....

Just remember, if it can fit in the lions mouth it will eat it. lol
if you want to learn about scorpion fish like lions, do a search on posts by Saxman and cranberry. they have 13 tanks with lots of scorps.
