strange anemone behavior

hi,
my white sabae anemone has been behaving strangely lately. it has been turning itself upside down so that its tentacles are laying oh the sandbed. what should i do?

Can you give some more specifics about the tank. LIghts, parameters, anything changed lately? How long has the sabae been in there?
My GUESS is since you said lately, that the anemone has been fine until recently, check your parameers and run carbon on your system.

my lighting is nova extreme T5 lighting fixture. my nitrates, nitrites, and ammonia are 0. phosphate zero. i am running carbon already. i havent changed anything lately
