Strange Black "Marbles" Growing

Hey there. About two months ago, I noticed three strange new growths on the top of my live rock quite close to the lighting. They look very much like three shiny black marbles. They are hardish to the touch, but can be wiggled where attached to the rock. They range in size from about the size of a marble to the size of a small superball. In my tank now, I have a Perc a neon Dottyback, and two Damsels, two Bubbles and a Leather.
Do tese thigs contain a toxin?!

Sounds like bubble algae. They spread quickly, exp if popped.
