strange critters

I've noticed two new creatures in my 12 gal nano yesterday. One looks like a snail without shell, snail like foot and antennae. I first noticed it floating onto one of the pieces of live rock and then I couldn't locate it again until just now. It's on the back glass and looks to be eating algae. the other critters are white/clear with antennae and look like shrimp. I noticed them when i turned on the tank light, saw them scurring around and then they disappeared into the rock.
Any idea what these are???????? :notsure:
Just a postscript, I was trying to get rid of a bad case if cyanobacteria and took someones advice and left my lights off for three days and it seems to be helping!

the one that looks like a snail is a stomatella varia snail. and the ones that are white and look like shrimp are pods. both are good and ok.
