strange looking worm?

I just Moved up to a larger tank and was putting in my old tanks rock to move things along thats when i seen them hundereds of these little worm like things the almost looked like a centapede dose anyone know what theses are?

They are harmless fireworms/ bristleworms, actually good. Part of your cleanup crew. DON'T TOUCH THEM!! Those spines are like fiberglass in your skin.

:yes: keep in mind they can get kinda big...several inches long. do a search on bristly worms at the top of the page, you'll get lots of info.
