Strange Pattern on Glass PIC

My tank is about 4 months old so I am still getting various bursts of algae. Recently in the past 2 or 3 days, the glass gets a green algae and has these strange patterns, what is it. Could it be snails?? I have 6 turbos and a few Astreas. Thanks

Probably the tracts the snails made when they ate the algae.

those are snail mouth prints..

Lip prints they are! If you don't own a magnetic algae scrubber, I would invest in one. The tracks will come off the glass easily with one. HTH

i agree, i actually enjoy watching our snails make those tracks, and i know that trochus, you can watch go at it too, look like chatter marks, lol
