Strange Percula Behavior

I have a mated pair in a 55 gal with 3 turbo snails, 3 blue leg hermits and 1 emerald crab. The Perculas have been in for about a week and seem really happy. However, just tonight I saw both of them periodically kind of swim on their side and shake (looked like they were having a seizure). Very strange... anyone have any idea what this could be all about?

I think there was a thread on this before. If im not mistaking this is somewhat common for a mated pair. It is just saying that they like each other. haha. . for lack of a better scentence.

Sounds like they are just working out there dominance routien. They will do this around other fish as well.

That's good to know... I wasn't sure if they were having a problem or something. I have heard they scratch if they get ick so I though that may have something to do with it... Good news is always welcome.

I have a Talbots Damsel that does that to my Tomato Clown! The damsel is half the size of the clown. I thought it was some sort of aggressive behavior. I wonder if my damsel is courting my clown!

I've also seen this in pet stores. There were at least 13 or 14 percula clowns in like a 10 gl aquarium. I'm maybe thinking this is a result of not enough space.
