Strawberry Crab-vs-Peppermint and Cleaner Shrimp

I believe that my strawberry crab is eating fist my peppermint and now a cleaner shrimp. He hides most of the time....The few times I have seen him crawling around at night...by the next morning...a shrimp is missing.
I do not have alot of critters in the tank 2) False Percs 1) goby 1) tiger pistol shrimp 1) blennie 1) cleaner shrimp and the strawberry crab. There are also some snails and little hermits.
I haven't actually seen him attack anything....anyone else have this experience?

Personally, I would suspect that there is another reason your shrimp are dying and that the crab is just cleaning up and taking advantage of a free meal. How are your water parameters?
