stress or disease

The baby blue hippo tang at my lfs has white on its chest. Not like ich but like its just like someone bleached it out. Is it just stressed from the move? or is it disease?

well i went in the store n took a look at em
they were really small so i thopught they were young. n im going bak again to see how they look but is it a possibility there just stressed and not sick?
