struggling sebae anemone - help!

I have added a new sebae and he was fine after week one until today he seems to be floating and lethargic in appearance. I did initially place him on a rock and I know he needs to be in sand. He is in the sand now. Can anyone advise me what can asist acclimate him and perk up his health?

If all water parameters are in check and it still looks healthy, still taking in food when fed, then most likely its just searching for where it feels more comfortable, give it a few days if everything else looks good. HTH.
