Stubborn Juvi French

I need to entice a newly aquired (from SWF.com) juvi French Angel to eat...any suggestions?
Presently in QT with some rockwork, and an equal sized redspotted Hawkfish.
Water params are good.
Was picking at some LR but (s)he doesn't seem interested any longer.
Fish is about 2 inches long..in addition to the LR I have tried frozen angel fish food with marine sponges, marine flake food for carnies...and marine flake food for herbs...also dried seaweed, and frozen squid...with the exception of the dried seaweed...the Hawk eats everything introduced.
It has been awhile since I have aquired new fish (forgot how exciting that is), so any suggestions would be most grateful.
And the two guys were drip acclimated for about 2.5 hours...

Thanks guys...
I got them this past Tuesday. I have not tried the garlic, and I will...I am hatching some brine right now, so they should be ready tomorrow.
As for the Hawk..I do not believe so, he pretty much does his own thing on one side of the tank...the angel has plenty of access to the feedings as I have observed during all feedings.
