Stuck snail

Hello, I just picked up a snail at the store and finished acclimating it, but my problem is that I did it in a glass bowl and now when I try to grab him, he's hanging on tight. Any suggestion for removing him? Thanks.

When my snails don't let go of the glass, I just slide them up the glass slowly until they let go.

Yep, that's how I do it as well. If they are holding on realy tight I gently shake them while I am sliding them.
