Stupid algae!GGRRRR

I have tried every remedy, or most remedies I know to remove algae. NONE WORK!!

Does any body know any good remedy that works every time? PLEASE TELL!!!!!!!!!

What kind of algae? How high are your phoshates? Do you have good flow? What kind of lighting? Alot of things cause it. You have to find the source. I fought cyno for 3 months and finally won. It was due to upgrading my lighting to MH's and over feeding.

If it is hair I have seen it won over with a product called Marc Weiss Algae Magic. I saw terrible hair algae in a couple of tanks that used the product and it took care of it both times. Just what I saw. I personally have not used it myself, but I haven't had algae problems.

Pricy, but it does seem to work as far as getting rid of the algae present then you have to correct the problem causing the algae so it doesn't come back.
