Stupid boxer and round up weed spray...

I just gave the weeds a good once over with this stuff and am going around the yard doing this. Meanwhile the dogs are out playing and rough-housing with each other. And i hadn't noticed they stopped playing and my boxer started going behind the weeds i'm spraying and following up my spraying with her licking the spray off the weeds. I sometimes think she has a deathwish.

She should be just fine. Unless there was a large amount of organophosphates in the round up (not sure of what is in there). ANYWAY, organophosphate toxicity can cause excessive salivation, lacrimation, urination, and defication (SLUD). The antidote is atropine and supportive therapy.

Atropine and 2-PAM chloride. You know salt water kills weeds just as effectively. I use the old water from water changes on the weeds. Something I always wondered though, if salt water is bad for humans to drink then what do other mammals like whales and sea lions drink?
