i have a coralife pc 65 watt light.the box it came in says 65 watts.but it has 2 light bulbs both 65 watt each. does that make it 130 watt light

One PC bulb looks like it has two bulbs, but it just one that is bent like a U. One of these is 65w. If you have two of these U shaped bulbs, then yes your total wattage is 130w.
