Stupid question

Now i know this might sound stupid but i have no idea. Now Anemenies and stuff, Do you have to place them where you want them, and then they will seat themselfs in the rock? Do they actually crawl accross the ground? And do they have offspring? And do they grow in size?

yes they do crawl where they want to

Anemones can change their buoyancy and float around the tank until they find a spot they like. When you introduce one to the tank it is common for them to start to drift around until they find a place that has proper lighting and water flow. Once they are happy they bury their foot in the sand and stay put unless something changes like a powerhead moving and the current changing.
