Thats why it is called a SEA anemone,
they come from the ocean,its like putting flipper in a lake,:D

Be careful! Most cichlids eat them...As well as anything else in the tank including each other. ROFL

I have heard of people switching mollies over to salt and I had a brackish puffer acclimatited to salt and they can also go to fresh, but I dont know of anybody doing full salt to fresh.
Does anybody heard of such a thing

there is a fresh water anemone. it does not look any thing like what a saltwater one does i was on a site called fishprofiles.com in a forum and someone posted some pics of it. Now how true it was i do not know but it was there. (site is down)
