Submersible pump suggestions

Putting in new refugium/sump and need new pump. 90 gl tank, the sump will be 35 gallon. will have an octupus nw110 protein skimmer in sump. Tank has overflow box, U tube type of overflow. The overflow has a one 1 inch outlet to sump. What would be a good submersible pump to put in sump for return. I will have about a 4 ft. lift up to top of tank also. My current set up has a 400gph return pump with a HOB remora protein skimmer. When I remove the HOB skimmer I will lose that flow to tank so I probably need to increase my sump pump flow or add another powerhead. Suggestions from you guys please. Thanks Rick

I would suggest a Mag 7.5 or 9. I would also put a ball valve on the return line so that you can 'tweak' the flow to make sure you do not overwhelm your drain/outflow.

Both are good options. Just be aware the Mag 7 uses a 3/4" return line; the
Mag 9.5 uses a 1" return line.
