Subscription Email Notification Stopped

Just recently all my Subscribed Thread Email Notifications stopped. :notsure:
Is anybody else having the same problem?
I thought I'd ask before I start trouble shooting my end.

I also noticed the report bad post was not working when i tryed to report spam.
