I checked out this lionfish at the store and they say it was called a Red Peacock Lionfish. They only have 1 saltwater tank and have still in the bag, I won't be able to get it once they put it in the tank. So does anyone know what a Red Peacock Lionfish is?
I got until 7 pm. Pacific

It is a regular Red Volitan, they have a few names such as, zebra-fish, fire-fish, turkey-fish, red lion, butterfly, peacock, scorpion volitan and there are a few more.

i agree he looks to be roughly 3-4 inches long he should do very well with mysis shrimp and very small silver slides and small krill ..plankton could also be used..very nice looking fish and dont worry within a yr if well fed he will triple in size
