Sufficient Lighting for 20G that wants SPS...?

Would like to get into some SPS in the future. Currently have a Coralife 10,000K 24W T5 HO and a 24W T5 HO Actinic. Also have an additional 24W T8 Actinic. Would prefer not to go the MH route. Have heard that water quality is typically more important when housing SPS than lighting. Let me know if I need upgrades. I really just want a Monti Cap and maybe a clam. Tank is 100% LPS (mushrooms, star polyp, kenya tree)

Its a 20H standard not Long. Have a live rock wall up the back of the glass and would place any SPS on the top of the rock, probably 4-5 in. from lights
