I've used 2 nets at the same time to coral damsels in a 55. Good luck, they are fast.

i have the same amount of rock in one of my tanks and i had to get a tang out. i knew there was no way for me to catch him so i got a container and one by one took the liverock out. it takes a little while but if you really want them out that's what i'd do
