Suggestions for Cleanup Crew

Can anyone give me some suggestions on a cleanup crew for a 12 g nano tank?

Hermit crabs- Red Blue or Zebra like 5 or so.
Snails- Nassarius, Astrea and Cerith are good. I like bumble bees too because they are a bit smaller.
That would be a good place to start.
Maybe a small shrimp after the water is a bit more stable.
