Suggestions on feeding?

For a while, I was feeding my fish a mixture of frozen brine and flake, but have sinced switch to Formula foods Formula 1, Prime Reef, and Angel mix, as well as the flake. Only problem is, the formula foods don't float very well when I put them in the water and a lot of food ends up on the bottom of the tank. I make sure I only feed a littlebit at a time so as not to overfeed, and I make sure I pick the pieces off of the bottome. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to keep the food off the substrate and in my fish's stomachs.
I currently have a Maroon Clown, a Juevenile Blue Angel, and a Cleaner Wrasse who eats more then the other two combined. (Well almost.) Also, I have a huge multitude of crabs that do an ok job of keeping the substrated clean. Thanks!

You can try adding a powerhead blowing across the bottom. This will keep the food suspended for a longer period of time allowing the fish more time to find it.

I feed a formula one and mysis mixture twice a week, Wheres what I do.
I thaw a cube of formula one and 10-15 mysis shrimp in a half-cup measuring cup. I add a dropperfull of tank water to dilute it a bit. I mix the concoction and pull it up into 2 medicine droppers.
I turn the powerheads off, and the fish know its coming and will attach the dropper tip if I put it in the water.
ANYWAY, what Im trying to say is feeding formula one can be difficult at first.
My fish know its treat time, and wait for it.

Ive seen some of the greenery hit the bottom, but thats only becasue they were attacking the mysis in the mix instead.
HTH!

In reply to what Tacks said, I tried to put a power head close to the substrate, but quickly changed my mind as the powerhead wreaks havoc on my LS blowing it everywhere and creating a 2 huge craters so I've since stopped putting it close to the bottom. It is as close to the substrate as possible though. Thanks for the ideas.
