Suggestions on moving.

Lucky old me is having to move!! I have only had the tank set up for 3 months and I am having to move in 6 weeks!
Luckily I am not moving far and am aiming to do the whole move of the tank in a day, keeping all the filters and living sand etc alive.
Can you all provide any helpfull suggestions for ways to help this go smoothly?
