Ok so i have a 90 gallon FOWLR tank with 2 HOB aqua clear 110. I have had it setup for a little over a year and i wanted to know if there is anything that i can improve on or change to make it better or easier if possible. I have 1 lunare wrasse, 1 yellow tang, 2 blue damsels, 1 black and white stripe damsel, 2 peculiar clownfish, 1 serpent starfish, 1 checkerboard wrasse, 2 snails, 1 sea cucumber and 2 feather dusters and i added a rock with some mushrooms. i recently added 4 small damsels and a cleaner shrimp to wake up and see my lunar wrasse having a feast with all of them. i would like to move to a reef tank in the future but i was worried since i dont have a pre drilled tank with a sump or anything like that, i would have to buy a completely new tank. I would like to see if any of you have any ideas where i can improve my current setup or recommendations of any kind.

If it were me the first thing I'd do would be get rid of the lunar wrasse. They can really be aggressive to newcomers, and as they mature can even be aggressive to tank mates that they've been peaceful with for some time. They're known for pecking out the eyes of fish.
If you really are interested in going reef, I'd start researching hang on overflows so that you can make a sump setup. And upgrading lighting.
