suggestions

I am starting up a new tank and not sure which way to go with it.
I already have an aggressive tank and am not against going that way again but would like to try something diferent.
This is what I am starting this with:
75gallons undrilled ( Don't worry filtration will be dealt with prior to stocking )
1 coral banded shrimp
1 scarlet cleaner shrimp
1 blue and gold gregory damsel
all are going to be tranferred to the new tank once it's ready.
I definately want a brittle or serpent star ( would love some info )
I am looking more towards inverts than fish but do want fish as well.
If anyone suggest any corals please also give examples of what they need, ie. lighting ( I understand watts and K ratings but not brands ), chemical composition of the water ( calcium, magnesium etc. ), and feeding. Also ease of care, with corals I will be a rookie and want encouraging results rather than headaches.
I will admit I already have a plan sort of but am looking for fresh ideas and am open to suggestions ( someone will come up with something I never thought of! ).
