sump advise

I have my 80 gal ready to set up. I just finished the baffles in the sump I used a 29 gal. tank. I need help with a return pump (what size?) how many gph should it be and a good overflow and size. The area in my sump that will house a skimmer is 9wX9hX12d any suggestions on what to get.I need to get this orders asap i would appreciate any advise or help, Thanks

from what ive been reading a mag5 or a mag7 is what I need...any thought on this?

I would say the mag 7 is fine.
