Sump and Fuge for my new 85 gallon...

Found a place that sold 85 gallons for 110$. But onto the topic.
Tell me if this is good...or bad. I plan on havinga 300-400 gph overflow. Which will lead into the 10gal sump(small i know..) it will first g throught my wet/dry, my skilter, and 500watts of heating. Later on i think i will replace skilter with emporor 400, and add a seaclone 100 skimmer. then, a maxijet 1200(if 300gph overflow) or a aquaclear 801'(if 400gph, which will mostlikely happen) pushes water into the 20gal long fuge, which will have a 4-5" dsb, 10-20# lr, and 40 watts of lighting. Then water will be pushed back into tank by mag drive 7.5(reason i got a 7.5 is because the fuge is 4-5 feet away fro tank).
Also i have a weight issue.... My rom is in the upstairs of a 70 yearold house (it seems new). will110-120 gallons be too heavy for upstairs? if so, i could drop fuge and stick with the sump.... or go 10gal fuge. But also the water will be sread out quite a bit, roughtly a 5ftxft5 are(give or take).
