Hey what is everyone using for a sump? I have 20 gallon tank that I use with no dividers for catching bubbles.. I have tried lots of ways.. but I always have bubbles in my tank.. they are very small and the source is when the water comes into the sump It goes through a DIY mechanical filter and then has bubbles.. I cant get rid of them.. what do you do if you dont have dividers in the sump?? any input?? THX~DAniel

Put your return pump in an open top container in your sump, like a piece of square tupperware or something. Cut one side lower than the rest, and put that side furthest from the source of the bubbles, it kinda acts like a divider. Just make sure the low side is always under the water level in the sump.
I hope this makes sense, it's late............. <img src="graemlins//dead.gif" border="0" alt="[dead]" />
