Sump, Fuge, or Both??

I currently have a 29g FOWLR, and looking to uprade to a reef. However, before I do this, I want to add at least a fuge to my tank. I at least want to add a fuge, and possibly a sump/fuge combination. What size tank do I need to do this, and is it feasable to do both, or just the fuge. Also, if anyone wants to add info about materials and costs, I won't complain :)

the biggest thing is space IMO. Other than that, the bigger the better.
FWIW I used a 10G sump and a 15G fuge on my 29. I removed the sump shortly after and just went with the fuge because of space.
fuge packed with macro, nitrates were never detectable.
the 15g high uses the same footprint as a 10 and is a much much better choice than a 10. You'll appreciate the extra height, especially if you have microbubble issues.
depending on design, it's sometimes not feasible to create a combo fuge/tank. The turnover volume of a sump is normally too high for efficient fuge filtration. If they can be kept seperate, it's better.
