Sump off of a Biocube

Has anyone done this, im wondering if its possible to plumb a sump from the back?

I drilled the bottom of my 24 gal Aquapod with no problems. There is enough room for a 1" drain and 3/4" return. Just be sure your stand pipe is measured and cut to the height you want the water to remain when off. Running a mag 7 on it now, but might be remaking into a seahorse tank. Good luck!
