Sump on a 24nanocube?

Yea, go on ---- and there are plenty of hang ons...o, thats refugiums. You dont need a sump for a 24 gallon anyway. Theres nothing that you could possibly put in that tank that would need such serious filtration. A good hang on refugium will grow the necessary plant life. Type in "refugium" on ----, and there are all sorts ranging from 8" to 20", maybe even larger. They come pre-plumbed, some come with a pump and miracle mud and a light. Its a good deal, ud be better off with one of those.
