been reading alot of threads on sumps lately and have been wondering about the primer and pvc cement used to connect all this plumbing.
Couldn't this primer and cement be toxic to our setups? You all can't possibly just fit the two ends of the pipe together and trust the it will hold.
i dunno, it's just one of the details the popped into my head

It would be best to increase it to 1 1/4 pipe to the sump or fuge. Use a few bends as possible and use NO 90 bends, back to back 45's are preferred wherever possible. Heated gradual bends are excellent if made correctly. Run no drains horizontally level, as straight a drop right down as possible.
